Carmel Moore (Grice), at the age of 74, entered into rest at The Brockville General Hospital on March 17th, 2021. Beloved wife of Richard (Dick) Moore for 56 years. Dear mother of Cynthia Carroll (Jason), Jacqueline Humble (Sue) and Amanda Moore (Jeff MacGregor). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Noelle and Ethan Carroll, Cody (Jennifer) and Devon (Brianna) Humble; and Madeline and Jack MacGregor. Great grandmother of Carter. Sister of Margaret Meikle (Fred deceased), Joan Hunt (Mel) and John Grice. Also survived by her brother-in-law Brian Mitchell. Carmel was predeceased by her parents Frank and Iva Grice.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a celebration of Carmel's life will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute will be gratefully acknowledged.

Dick and family,
So very sorry to hear of Carm's passing, I worked with her at Bell, in Smiths Falls, was always suppose to visit and never got there.

Saddened to hear of Carmel’s passing. I see a lot of love in the pictures posted. I hope Dick can get all that love and support his girls can give him during this difficult time. Although there was only one picture of Dick it sure captured him well as he danced with Carmel. Dick, hang on to the memories that bring a smile.

I worked with Carmel at Bell Canada and I can honestly say she was one of my favourite co-workers...always smiling. My deepest sympathy to her family at this very difficult time
