Very sorry to hear the news. I have the best memories of our time at Hudson Point even before you lived there permanently. Great summers in the era of stairway to heaven! I was thinking about the Million $ Riverfest fishing derby when Dad and John somehow ended up on the wrong side of the River! Lots of fun at the cottage Christmas do and of course the Road Committee.
