Peacefully at her home at Escott on Friday, November 11, 2011 at the age of 62 years. Beloved wife of Gary Mackay and loving mother of Andrew R. Mackay and Karen J. Mackay (Derek Sytsma). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Paige and Heather Mackay and Haven Sytsma. Loving daughter of Doreen Hicks and the late Richard Hicks. Dear sister of Geri Grant (Don) and Richard Hicks (Betty). Also survived by her mother-in-law Flora Mackay of Montreal and by two nieces and two nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. E., Brockville on Monday, November 14th from 12 noon until time of service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow at Roselawn.
