Darlene: I was the Ottawa Police Executive Assistant in the Association Office so that I knew Jean for a number of years. I remember when he had his first heart attack. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing and wish to extend to you and your family my deepest sympathy. Jean was always so pleasant to deal with and I am so sorry for your loss.
