Obituary for Vera Ferguson

Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Friday, April 3, 2020. Vera Lucille (Inwood) Ferguson, at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of 78 years of Bryce Ferguson. Vera was predeceased by her two sons Maurice and his wife Judy and Howard Ferguson. Fondly remembered by her five grandchildren John Ferguson (Bonnie), David Ferguson (Michelle),Terri Hough (Doug), Carla Ferguson (Michael) and Lori Waldrif (Jonathan) and by her great grandchildren Jacob (Jess) and their daughter Violet, Breton, Tyler, Veronica, Giselle, Jessica, Scott, Garrett, Emma and Amber. Sister of Wilda Neill and Louise Snider. Vera was predeceased by her siblings Norman, Norvalle, Gilbert, Dora, Kenneth, Leonard, Nelson, Darlene, Leanne and Ella Mae as well as her parents Edward and Mina Inwood.
A private family graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 2451 County Rd. 15, Maitand. Due to the COVID 19 situation a maximum of ten family members may only be in attendance. A celebration of Vera's life will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Centennial Road Church will be gratefully acknowledged.
