Obituary for Thomas (Tommy) Napper

Thomas John Napper, entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital ICU on September 23, 2022 at the age of 52 with his family and friends by his side. He leaves behind his loving mother Brenda Napper: his brother Shawn: his sister Shannon: his children Shantelle, Desarae and Daniel and by his precious grandchildren Calvin and Ethan. Also survived by his longtime girlfriend Shelley Halladay and by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Tommy's life will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 1-3 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 96, 180 Park Street, Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to I Am Alive Dog Rescue will be gratefully acknowledged.
