Obituary

January 22nd 1931--December 3rd 2020
Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Ontario, Canada.
Survived by her brother Edmund Neuhauser and numerous caring family members of Germany. Predeceased by her husband Sieghard Jurkat, her siblings Alfred Neuhauser and Elfriede Endrass. Cherished by many endearing friends. Significantly Ernestine Pirc ( Niedermeier) since 1933.
A special thank you to the caring staff of the palliative care program at BGH. We will fondly remember our incredible lady: no task was too difficult to pursue. Her life force shone brightly with much fervor and still does, amongst the stars.
Upon Theresa's wishes, there will be no service.

A life well lived is a precious gift,
of hope and strength and grace,
from someone who has made our world,
a brighter, better place.

It's filled with moments,
sweet and sad with smiles and sometimes tears,
with friendships formed and good times shared.
and laughter through the years.

A life well lived is a legacy,
of joy and pride and pleasure,
a living, lasting memory,
our grateful heart's will treasure.

Resi,
A strong, admirable woman, with sharp, keen mind,
Compassionate, caring, thoughtful and kind.
Ninety years of memories, happy and sad,
Enjoying the life she was given, always being glad.
Family and friends, from two countries she adored,
Travelling, swimming, baking, never time to be bored.
We’ll miss your conversations, over coffee and cake,
Times together we treasure and forever keepsake.

For twenty years, I called Theresa regarding our Diners Club, put on by CPHC, she always attended the dinner, & usually brought a friend with her as she wasnt sure about walking & really needed to be cared for, Theresa & I always had a chat once she let me know she would attend the dinner. I remember meeting Theresa & her husband at the Brockville Mall, he wasnt well, & my husband also not well, they had quite a visit, while she & I visited. Theresa was a very kind lady, & just so happy we had such a friendship. God Bless You Theresa.

We were so sorry to hear of Raci's passing. She was so faithful in taking my Mom to the Seniors' Luncheons every month and checking in on her. Our sincerest condolences.
