It is with deep regret we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Tammy on May 30, 2022 at the age of 49 years, while travelling in Atlantic City, New Jersey. She will be sadly missed by her mother Edna Newans; her stepfather Fred Perrin; by her husband Stuart Spurrell; her son Ryan Spurrell; grandchildren Gabrielle and Parker Eligh and by her brothers Larry and Chris Shay. Predeceased by her daughter Ansley Eligh and by her father Larry Shay.
A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at the Keystorm Pub, 2 Courthouse Ave., Brockville on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 4 - 7 pm.
