Susan Maureen (MacTavish) Mallette, retired special needs teacher - Commonwealth Public School, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Garry Mallette and cherished mother of John Worsnop, Meghan Worsnop (Dennis Koidl), Kent Worsnop (Renee Masching) and Stacey Mallette-Hein (Joel Hein). Loving grandmother of Hailey Lewis, Fynn Worsnop Masching, Blaise Worsnop Masching, Brodie Mallette and Hunter Mallette. Great grandmother to Vaughn and sister-in-law of Graham Ferguson. Predeceased by her sister Dorothy Ferguson and by her Parents Dorothy and John Havelock MacTavish.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 11am-1pm. Social distancing and Covid protocols will be in place.
A private family ceremony celebrating Susan's life will be held in the chapel followed by interment at Oakland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the OSPCA Leeds Grenville branch will be gratefully acknowledged.
