Obituary for Sara Steinburg

Sara Elizabeth Steinburg passed away from a long battle with Leukemia at the age of 41 on October 18, 2022. Sara’s parents Allen Steinburg and Donna Steinburg were at her side when she peacefully passed away. The beloved sister of Jennie Hill (Jessie) of Kingston, proud aunt of Noah Hill. Sadly missed by her daughters Haley 17 and Katlynn Murray 14 of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, which were her main focus in life. Sara loved horses and all animals. She spent many happy hours in equestrian events and was one of the few people allowed to sit on Big Ben of Olympic fame. Life was always an adventure for her and for those who knew her. Sara as a PSW and pharmacy tech related well to clients and customers throughout the years.
Many thanks must be given to the Ottawa General Cancer Unit. A special thank you to the Elizabeth Bruyére Palliative Care Unite of Ottawa for their outstanding care and compassion during Sara’s final days. Also to Mrs. Terri Murray for all of her care above and beyond to Sara and her girls.
