Sue, Bill, Sandy and family. Very sorry to hear of your father's passing. He was well loved and respected by all those who truly knew him as a friend. Always smiling with that warm hello whenever your paths crossed. I can remember so very well when I was young and into my teens, growing up on Brock Street, my mom or dad would send me up Brock Street to Corner Lunch Store to buy some Saturday night Hockey Night in Canada tickets for the NHL game on TV that night. A lot of times I would pass Ron's house and he would be out front doing something and he would always wave and say hello to me and ask me how I was. Sometimes he would be inside Corner Lunch at the lunch counter or just buying something and when he noticed me in the store it was always with that same friendly greeting. Those were the days. Your Dad leaves behind all those memories, family times, fishing stories too many and sports teams he followed and bragged about. He was a wonderful man and will be missed.

Dear Susan, Sandy and families,

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of Ron. I have many fond memories of fun days with him at Kelly Park, hockey games, catching up on sports, and sharing laughs about the good old days. They truly were good old days... my deepest sympathy to all the family.
