Obituary for Peter Bennett

Peter Richard Bennett passed away at the St. Lawrence lodge on Thursday March 18th. He was 85 years old.
He is survived by his beloved wife Beryl, son Stephen and daughter Patricia (Ken). He leaves behind his grandchildren Lauren (Sam), Jenna (Kelly), Stanley, Charlotte (Jesse) and great grandson Zachary Peter.
Peter is predeceased by his father Stanley, mother Janet and brothers Robert, Donald, Brian and David.
Peter was born in Sheffield England in 1935. He immigrated to Canada at the age of 30 to start a career with the federal government.
He enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and going for long walks. He also enjoyed traveling and spending time with family.
Donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or The St. Lawrence Lodge in memory of Peter would be gratefully acknowledged.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
