Obituary for Paul Edward Less

A celebration of Paul's life and Fireman's Honours will be held at the Irvine Memorial Chapel at Roselawn, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland, on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 1 pm followed by a gathering in the reception centre until 4 pm. All are welcome to attend.

Obituary

Born Capetown, South Africa, July 8, 1938
(Retired Brockville Fire Fighter 1998)

The Lord reached down from above and took my precious Paul's hand March 22, 2020. Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital with his beloved wife Brenda (Parish) of 38 years at his side. Paul is cherished by his Godson Clint VanAswegen (Susie) and grandpa to Liam, Catlyn and Tristen VanAswegen of Hilton Head, South Carolina. Uncle of Enrico Fourie, Thabo and Misu of South Africa. Sadly missed by Paul's mother-in-law Rita Parish who adored him and his singing. Paul is predeceased by his brother Leonard Less who passed at 3 years old, father Lionel Less who passed on Paul's 7th Birthday, mother Josephine Less (Paulse) who passed when Paul was 11 years old, grandparents Wilamina and Henry Daniels, sister Ruth Naomi Fourie of Capetown 2014, son of Paul and Brenda; Jodie Less 1991, and little brother Casey Birtch 2014 from Big Brother Little Brothers Association.
