Obituary for Brian Latimer

Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at the age of 71 years. Brian will be greatly missed by his best friend Monique (Nickie) and his boys Shawn (Andrea) and Andrew (Lisa); and by his cherished grandchildren; Livia, Nate, Brayden, Ethan and Bria. He leaves behind his siblings Bernard Latimer (Shirley), Faye Jones, Michelle Morgan (Nathan), Tammy Latimer-Carren (Chris), Tracey Latimer (Dan), Richard Latimer, Donnie Latimer, Larry Latimer and several nieces and nephews. Brian was predeceased by his parents Marguerite (McCune) and Bernard Latimer, sisters Bonnie, Sylvia, Evelena and brothers William and Gerald.
Brian will be fondly remembered for his love of family, his garden and providing fruits and vegetables for many, playing the guitar, gatherings with friends and family and his special truck rides with his beloved dog Jess.
Family and friends will gather at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St East, Brockville on Friday, November 4th, 2022 from 2-3 pm. A service in celebration of Brian's life will be held in the chapel at 3 pm followed by a reception.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to CHEO or the OSPCA Leeds Grenville Branch will be gratefully acknowledged.
