Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge on Thursday, February 24th, 2022 at the age of 74 years. beloved wife of the late Keith McLachlan. Dear mother of Derrick and grandmother to Tiffany, Miranda and Cavin. Fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Hannah, Zachery, Savannah and Avery. Cherished sister of Caroline (Rick), Robert (Nancy), Michael (Sandy), George, Stephen (Elaine), Bev (Dan), Kim (Tom) and Barrie. Loving aunt to her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Morris and Beryl Snider and by brothers Ron, David and Larry.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Patricia's life at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East Brockville on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022 from 1-3 pm.
