Obituary for Matthias Plaschka

Entered into rest suddenly at his residence on Friday, May 8, 2020. Matthias Plaschka, at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband of Berta and dear father of Mathias (Barbara) Plaschka, Robert (Dena), Pete (Toni), Bill (Kristi) and Rick (Cheryl) Plaschka. Fondly remembered by his nine grandchildren Christina, Alexandra, Liam, Eric, Jesse, Elise, Andrew, Adelaide, Oliver; and by his siblings Margaret, Elizabeth and Waltraud of Austria. Predeceased by his brother Franz and by his parents Mathias and Theresia Plaschka.
The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be held at a later date. A private graveside service will be held due to Covid 19 restrictions.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, St. Francis Xavier Church or the Canadian Wildlife Federation will be gratefully acknowledged.
