Passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Thursday, February 20, 2020. Maria Theresia Josephina (Hanssen) Veenstra, at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Metske (Mike) Veenstra a well known businessman, who predeceased her in 2009. Theresia was the dear mother of Michael (Andrea), Paul (Tracey), Mario and Inga Veenstra. Also survived by her ten grandchildren, one great grandchild and by two brothers Peter and Jan Hanssen both of the Netherlands.
A private celebration of Theresia's life will be held at a later date followed by a private family interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland. Arrangements are entrusted with the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville.
