Obituary for Kathleen Toupin

On the morning of Aug 7, 2022 at 81 years young God called upon another angel, Kathleen (Kay) Elisabeth Toupin, daughter of Victoria and Sydney Foster. She will join him in his heavenly garden where many loved ones are awaiting her arrival. She will be greeted at the gates by her beloved husband Philip, son Sidney and grandson Brandon. She will be missed by her younger sisters Winnie Dougal (Ernie) and June Lee (Carl), her daughters Vickie Toupin (Chris), Crystal Bellemore (Jamie) and Annette Toupin. Kay will also be sadly missed by her 10 grand-children, 25 great grand-children, many nieces and nephews, and the many lives she has touched throughout her 45 years volunteering in the community.
Family and friends are invited to gather and pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Friday, August 12, 2022 starting at 12:00 pm. A celebration of Kay’s life will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
Donations to the Girl Guides of Canada Community 25 (Brockville) will be greatly acknowledged.
