Josef Brunner age 88 years, entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital December 27 2022. Predeceased by his parents Josef and Julie Brunner, his wife Lieselotte and his sister Marianne Scheid. Survived by his children Josef Brunner (Katherine), Ann McParland and Carol Miller (Michael); 8 grandchildren, Joseph Brunner, Katherine Brunner, Sam Miller, Ben Miller, Aidan McParland, Charlotte McParland, Erin Brunner, Michael Brunner and one great grandchild Rosalie Miller.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St East, Brockville, on Wednesday, January 4th, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A celebration of Josef's life will be held in the Chapel at 1 pm followed by interment at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. A reception will take place in the funeral home reception centre following the interment from 2-5 p.m., which all are welcome to attend.
As expressions of sympathy , donations to the Brockville SPCA or the Palliative Care facility at the Brockville General Hospital would be appreciated.
