It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of our dear father, in his 81st year, while in hospital. He will be lovingly remembered by his children Nancy (Raymond), Bob (Sandra) and Gary (Laura), six grandchildren; Melissa, Bryce, Cara, Kyle, Alicia and Liana and his brother Hank, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by our mother Rita, his loving wife of 29 years and our step-mother Kitty, whom he shared his life with for 26 years, his parents and his brother Albert. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, on Thursday, September 8, 2011, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A private funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday with interment at Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health would be greatly appreciated.
