Obituary for Jessie Rowntree
Jessie was born March 7, 1934, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec and passed away on Thursday August 11, 2022 at St. Lawrence Lodge. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Rowntree and by a brother Peter Hinchcliffe. Jessie was the loving mom of Graham (Patricia), Stephen and Dianne (Jonathan). She loved her grandchildren Michael, Charlotte and Andrew as well as her brother Douglas Hinchcliffe.
The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you for the loving care provided by the staff at St. Lawrence Lodge and the Rosedale Retirement Home. In keeping with Jessie’s wishes there will be no visitation or service.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Lawrence Lodge or Rosedale Retirement Home would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
