Passed away peacefully at the Kemptville District Hospital on Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Jeffrey Lyle Hanna, at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Christine (nee Massey) and father of Becky and Corey. Loving grandpa to his three grandchildren Thomas, Grady and Jade. Dear brother of Sandra Haffie (Donald), Jack Hanna and Nancy Barber (Grant). Brother-in-law of Nancy (Robert), Judy (Roger), Peggy (Dan), Eleanor (Charlie), Jean (Geoff), Jane (Doug), Gail (Peter), Tracy (David), Wayne (Rose), William, Stan, Jeffrey, Jack and James. Fondly remembered by his close friends Daryl Throop, Max Johnston, Dave McElroy, Mike, Anthony, Luke, Timmy and Al; and by his godchild Cole Weathers. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Ross Hanna (Elaine survives),his parents Mae and Howard Hanna and by a sister-in-law Karen Massey.
A family graveside service will be held at later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care Unit will be gratefully acknowledged.

He’d hope that you could carry on the way you always do.
So, talk about the good times and the way you showed you cared,
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared.

That brings him back as clearly as though he were still here,
And fills you with the feeling that he is always near.
