I was saddened to learn that Jim has passed. I knew him as a dedicated and respected CWO Brockville Rifleman. Jim was also one of those special inspirational, admired people – a professional heroic Firefighter. He was one of “The Good Guys”.
Farewell Jim. RIP. You will be missed.
