Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Bradley) and dear father of Matthew Kelsey (Jenny), Elizabeth McInnis (Tim), Kayla McInnis (Karl Merkley) and Kurtus McInnis (Kayla Fawcett). Fondly remembered by his eight grandchildren and by his two sisters Leta Hutton and Mary Vanderkloet (Richard). Art was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Eva Kelsey
