Obituary for James "Jim" Fairley

James Charles Fairley
Oct. 4, 1936 - Mar. 7, 2021
Entered into rest at the Lanark Lodge, Perth on March 7, 2021 at the age of 84. Predeceased by his wife Barbara (Goguen) Fairley. Father of Catherine Rock (Todd) of Merrickville, Christopher Fairley and Graham Fairley both of Ottawa. Grandfather of David Rock. Fondly remembered by caring close friend Lila Deir-Hayes. Jim was a 30 year Veteran of the Royal Canadian Navy and longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Private cremation has taken place and interment will be in the family lot in Moncton N.B. with a celebration of Jim's life there at a later date.
In honour of Jim, contributions to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care would be greatly acknowledged.
