Obituary for Gerry Cassidy
Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Geraldis Mary (Bryant) Cassidy, at the age of 99 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank Cassidy and dear mother of Nora Tyll (Wolf). Fondly remembered by her grandson Frank deMello. Predeceased by her two sisters Marguerite and Evelyn Bryant and by her parents William and Mary Bryant.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. E., Brockville on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Members of the Catholic Women's League will meet at 3 pm for prayers.
The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated in St. Francis Xavier Church, 66 Church St., Brockville on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 1 pm with interment following at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville will be gratefully acknowledged.
