My wife, Weiwei, and I extend condolences to all others who were fortunate enough to be touched by Uncle Frank's spirit.
He had a way of lifting us up that was uniquely Frank. It's hard enough for someone like me, who saw so little of him, and even harder for my wife who met him just once, to describe, but it's because of the warmth of the smile that he brought to our faces and the upwelling of energy that he brought to our beings that we will always be eternally grateful. Thank you, Frank, for the part of us you gave us that makes us better people. Patrick Garrah & Shi Hui (Weiwei)

To all the Garrah family,

Wishing you all the best through this hard time, forever and always - my sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy goes out to you all. A special note to my godmother Laura, her husband Andrew, Garrah, Helaena and Jonathan - stay strong and know that he will forever live on; in your hearts, in your minds, in your souls, and with your own families, for all that is ahead. Nothing is more important and may god bless you all.

Much love always,

Matthew Mazurek

I met Frank as a teenage boy when I went to work for my father at Robert Ross construction. I admired him not only as a skilled carpenter but as a wonderful human being who had such passion and joy in his life and in his family. He made his mark on me, a passerby in his life. I can only imagine his legacy to his family in a life well lived

To the Garrah family, Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of your Dad, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. I worked at Zellers with Janice and Jane and had many visits with your Mom and Dad when they would come in to shop. They were such an amazing couple and now may you find peace in knowing they are reunited.

Sincerely
Carline Belanger (Barkley)
