Obituary

Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on May 16, 2020. Betty (nee Bedard) Dunn in her 99th year.

Wife of the late Allan Dunn and dear mother of Terry (Micki) Dunn, Helen LeBlanc, Cindy Dunn (Dan Belanger), Elizabeth Church (The Late B.J.) and Barbara Thornhill (Brian Thiessen). Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren and a sister Rita Scott.

Betty was predeceased by her son Ronald R. Dunn and by her siblings Dell Bedard and Audrey Thomson.

Due to the Covid 19 limitations, a private service will be held at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, with the maximum 10 guests in attendance. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.

Gayle Thomson Just found out today. So sorry to Helen, Cindy, Barb and Terry. I always enjoyed visiting with Aunt Betty on my trips to Kingston. She was a very strong woman and l have missed her. Love to you all in this difficult time.

Didn’t get to know Nana unfortunately but I heard many wonderful stories of her. Got to see and say a few pretty words to her only months ago in the lodge while doing a quick check on her. Our condolences to Cindy, Dan and all the Dunn family.
