Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday, February 24th, 2023. Eleanor (Grue) Countryman, at the age of 84 years. Cherished mother of Debbie Yeldon (Jim deceased) and Paul Larocque (Elaine). Dear grandmother of Aimee Yeldon, Michelle McCarthy (Joe), Daniel Yeldon, Dylan Larocque (Madison McKinnon) and Madison Larocque (Tyler Gagliano). Great grandmother to Trinity, Shayla, Luke, Sierra and Dyson. Dear sister of Sharon Bucking (Bernie deceased). Also survived by her sister-in-law Elsie Grue and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings Robert Grue (Esther deceased), Audrey Reid (Reginald deceased) and John Grue.
A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 97, 141 Henry Street W., Prescott on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 1-3 pm.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 97, Prescott or a charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
