Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Sunday, May 5, 2019. Helena Diane Poelstra, at the age of 60 years. Diane will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving companion Kevin Coote; by her brother Fred Poelstra; several nieces and nephews and by Kevin's family. Predeceased by her parents Alberta and Frederick Poelstra, Sr. and by her brothers Jack and Albert Poelstra.

A private gathering and graveside service will take place at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 2451 County Road 15, Maitland.
