Constantin Dragan passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday, November 2nd, 2022 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Elena and dear father of Diana Ronquillo (Seb). Also survived by two grandchildren Sophie and Bogdan as well as two great grandchildren Logan and Wyatt.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James St. East, Brockville on Sunday, November 6th, 2022 from 2-4 pm. A graveside service in celebration of Constantin's life will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery on Monday, November 7th at 11am..
