Dr. McDougall entered peacefully into rest on Monday, September 30th at the Brockville General Hospital with family by his side. Beloved husband to the late Dorothy (Stallard) McDougall and dear father to Charles (Diahne), Brant (Susan) and Patti (Jay). He is predeceased by his three siblings, Violet, Edgar and Gerald. “Mac” will be deeply missed by his very close companion Vivian Thomas and her family. He will be missed but leaves behind many fond memories to his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Dr. McDougall was born in Brockville on September 16, 1925. He attended St. Francis Xavier Public School, Brockville Collegiate Institute and McGill University where he graduated from the school of dentistry. He practiced dentistry in Prescott and Sudbury before he settled down to practice dentistry in Brockville for over 30 years.
