Surrounded by family our beloved Mom, Granny, Sister, and Aunt Catherine passed away peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge on Sunday, May 30th, at the age of 81. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Paul and Xiaowen, Mark and Tecula of Nanaimo, B.C., Ellie of Brockville, and Louise of Richmond, Ontario. Proud Granny of Liam, Anna, David, and Sean. Sister of Margaret (Jack), Anne (Hugh) of London, Ontario, Josephine (Richard) of Tillsonburg, and sister Mary Jude of Birmingham, England. Also loved by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The private mass celebrating Catherines' life will be held on Tuesday, June 1st at St. Francis Xavier church, in Brockville. Burial will be beside her loving husband Bert in Kemptville at Holy Cross Cemetery. I
n lieu of flowers, donations made to your local Alzheimer Society will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at St. Lawrence Lodge, Spruce, and Oak wings, who assisted so much with mom's care. Your compassion for mom's welfare was always a comfort to us.
