Obituary for Lois Barrington

Passed away suddenly at the Rosedale Retirement Residence on Monday, February 6th, 2023 at the age of 72 years. Beth Alma Lois (Dack) Barrington, Beloved wife of the late Gordon Barrington and stepmother to Ron Barrington (Petra Harris) and Brenda Leach (Mike). Lois is survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her sister Audrey Barrington, her brother Glen Dack (Phyllis), by several nieces and nephews and by her cherished dog Max. She will be fondly remembered by her many friends and neighbours. Predeceased by her parents Vera and Howard Dack, her brother’s Elson Dack and Gerald Dack as well as her nephew Cyril Dack.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James Street East, Brockville, on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 11am - 1 pm. A service in celebration of Lois' life will be held in the chapel at 1 pm. followed by the Interment at Oak Leaf Cemetery, Athens. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Holy Trinity Anglican Church or the OSPCA Leeds Grenville Branch will be gratefully acknowledged.
