Obituary for Beryle Gaskin
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Beryle Veronica (Shepard) Gaskin, entered peacefully into rest Monday, September 23rd, 2019 at the age of 97. Beloved wife to the late Leslie Gaskin and dear mother to Russell (Patricia) Gaskin. Beryle lived a full life; she enjoyed playing tennis, travelling and spending time outdoors by the St. Lawrence River. She also enjoyed painting and received an Art History Diploma from St. Lawrence College at the age of 80. However, her greatest passion was her family. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her grandchildren Katie (Nick) Souder and Andrew (Kate) Gaskin, and great grandchildren Emma and Jack Souder.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Beryle's life at the home of Russ and Trish Gaskin on October 1st from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Thank you to the staff of St. Lawrence Lodge for their kind and compassionate care. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the May Court Club of Brockville where she was a long time member or St. Lawrence Lodge will be gratefully acknowledged.
