Anne Rita (McAuley) Mingie
July 8, 1923 - September 28, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anne Mingie (formerly of Montreal) at age 99 years. She leaves to mourn her sister, Jane (Jenny) Koerber (husband Ken - deceased), many nephews and nieces; and all of Walter Mingie's family and friends.
Anne was predeceased by her husband Walter Mingie; her parents Bernard McAuley and Margaret McKenna; her sisters, Sarah (Harry) and Margaret; her brothers Bernard (Emma), Jim (Betty), Fred (Norah), Eddy (Dorothy), Roger (Jose) and Gerald (Reverend Father Meldon) and by a sister-in-law Kay.
We want to thank all the staff and volunteers at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville for the care they gave to Anne over the years. They are much appreciated. A celebration of Anne's life will be held at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Special Olympics or the Make a Wish Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.
