Obituary for Albert Lemon

Bert Lemon passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at the age of 83 years. Bert was a proud educator and retired Principal of many Brockville and area schools. Away from school, his passion was his beloved cottage at Charleston Lake. Bert was predeceased by his wife Eileen (McGrath) Lemon and is the cherished father of Wilfred "Bill" Lemon (Jackie) and Dawn Field (Andrew). He will be sadly missed by his 4 grandchildren Katie, Hannah, Jordan and Ben. Also survived by his sisters Sharon Dixie and Kathy Van Diemin; by his brother Gerry Lemon and by several nieces and nephews.
Special thank you to Dr. Ashe and the Palliative Care team for all their care and support shown towards our dad.
Due to the current Covid limitations, a private family graveside service will be held at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
