Logan, James Colin (Jim)

Passed away peacefully at the Elisabeth Bruyere Centre, Ottawa, on Thursday, September 3, 2015, at the age of 55 years. Beloved husband of Astrid and loving father of Stephanie and her husband David Hodges, Jennifer and her husband Shawn Godbout, and David and his wife Olivia Logan. Cherished grandfather of 5 grandchildren - Colin, Emerson, Jorja, Julianna and Charlotte. Dear son of Helen and Bill Logan of Brockville and also survived by his brothers Dale and Jeff. Jim fought so long and hard for his family and they will always love and miss him greatly.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville, on Sunday, September 6th from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon when a Ceremony in Celebration of Jim's life will be held in the Chapel and a reception will follow in the Irvine Reception Centre. Private interment at Oakland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Ottawa General Cancer Clinic or Elisabeth Bruyere Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
