Obituary for Patricia Evelyn Young (Blaedow)

Born in Cobden on January 7, 1947, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Ron Young and dearest mother of Donnie (Tanya) and Sherrie Harwood (Reg) of Elliot Lake. Dear sister of Linda (Lloyd McBride) of Beachburg, Carol Fenlong (late Ernie), Steve Blaedow (Marcie), and Michael Blaedow (Christine) all of Brockville. Loved Gramma of Elizabeth, Eleina and Johnna and great Gramma to Ethan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Jo-Ann, her parents Mary and Stanley Blaedow and by sisters Audrey Jackson and Elaine Lough.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the New Hope Brockville Tabernacle, 2811 2nd Concession Road, Brockville on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 12 noon until 2 pm with the funeral service commencing at 2 pm.As expressions of sympathy, donations to the New Hope Brockville Tabernacle or the Maynard United Pentecostal Church will be gratefully acknowledged. We are saddened to hear of the loss of your dear Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend. We have very fond memories of Pat attending church in Pembroke and she was faithful even despite being quite sick throughout her time here. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this time.
